As challenges are posted, I am listing them on the match tracking sheet which will be used to schedule matches. First requests get first dibs of courts (pre-arranged matches first then ad-hoc). If you and your opponent are not ready to play, the next match on the list will be played. If there is an open court and no pre-arranged matches are ready to play, then the ad-hoc matches will play. If you look at the blog, you can kind of determine the time of the match by the number of matches before you (we will have 9 courts set up). When you set up your match through email, work with you opponent on the time you wish to play then blog the time in your request and I will try to arrange it on the tracking sheet accordingly

What happens if you challenge someone and they move out of your challenge zone prior to playing the match?
After discussion, you will play the new person in the challenged position. Because it is a ladder, you play the position and not the person. So if you challenge John in position 4 and he plays Jane in position 7 and Jane wins, Jane is now in position 4 and you will play her, position 4 .
Can Marcela HB and Gordon P's match be at 7:30 instead of 7pm?
